Credits
What credits are spent on, and when.
What things cost
- A clip costs 2 credits, charged only for clips actually made. You choose how many to ask for, up to 10 per video.
- A faceless reel costs 5 credits, charged once it has finished rendering. Writing and editing its script is free - see Brands & reels.
- Scheduling and posting cost no credits at all. Which platforms you can post to, and how many accounts of each, is decided by your plan instead - see Plans.
You're only charged for what gets made
Credits for the clips you ask for are set aside before processing starts. If a video turns out to have fewer good moments than you asked for, you get fewer clips - and the credits that weren't spent are returned to your balance automatically. A reel is only charged once it has actually rendered; nothing is spent while you're still writing or editing its script.
Free credits
New accounts start with 10 free credits, no card needed, given once your email is confirmed - enough for a handful of clips or a couple of faceless reels to see what Cliporium makes of your video before you decide whether to subscribe.
Credits reset each month
On a paid plan, your credits refresh at the start of each billing month. Unused credits don't roll over - see Plans for how many each plan gives you, and what else each one unlocks.
